We’re based in Celebration and serve Central Florida, including the Greater Orlando area and surrounding communities. If you’re nearby and not sure whether we service your area, reach out. Worst case, we politely say “not yet” and secretly wish your house was closer.

We design and install architectural landscape lighting, outdoor sound systems, smart lighting control, bistro string lighting, commercial lighting, HOA lighting, and seasonal or event lighting. Everything is designed around the property, not pulled from a one-size-fits-all template.

A Lightscape uses professional outdoor lighting to highlight architecture, landscaping, pathways, and outdoor living areas. A Soundscape brings balanced outdoor audio into the space, so music feels evenly distributed instead of blasting from one sad speaker in the corner. Together, they create a complete outdoor atmosphere.

Yes. Our systems are designed for real Florida conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, irrigation, and normal storm exposure.We use professional-grade outdoor fixtures, outdoor-rated wire, weather-resistant connections, and exterior-rated transformers. Our fixtures are made from durable materials like solid cast brass and stainless steel, depending on the application.While no outdoor system is completely immune to extreme weather or physical damage, we design and install our systems to be Florida-ready from the start.

For most landscape lighting projects, we use solid cast brass fixtures. Brass is durable, corrosion-resistant, and built to handle Florida heat, humidity, rain, and irrigation.Some specialty fixtures or roofline components may use other professional-grade materials, but we always choose products based on durability, appearance, and long-term performance.

Yes. We offer a wide range of hardscape lighting options for walkways, steps, retaining walls, columns, patios, decks, fences, and outdoor living areas.Depending on the space, this can include core-drilled flush-mount lights, recessed step lights, under-cap hardscape lights, deck and fence lighting, wall lights, and low-profile accent lighting designed to blend cleanly into the architecture.The goal is to add useful, subtle light without making the fixtures feel obvious or distracting.

Yes. We offer permanent roofline lighting designed for a cleaner, more built-in look than exposed strip lighting. The system can be used for subtle warm white architectural lighting, holidays, game days, events, and seasonal color scenes.For HOA communities, we typically recommend a more discreet approach with color-matched track, warm white capability, dimmable brightness, and a layout that looks intentional instead of flashy.

Yes. Many systems can be designed with warm white lighting for everyday use and color-changing options for holidays, events, or accent scenes. For most homes, we recommend keeping the main everyday look warm, subtle, and classic, then using color only where it makes sense. We offer smart lighting and classic RF color changing options. Basically: elegant most nights, fun when you want it.

Yes. Yes. We design with HOA communities in mind and can help prepare the details typically needed for approval, including fixture information, placement notes, design intent, and supporting visuals when applicable. Our goal is to make the process smoother while keeping the final design beautiful, compliant, and neighbor-friendly.

For most residential landscape lighting, we usually recommend warm white light around 2700K to 3000k. It creates a softer, more natural glow that feels upscale and welcoming instead of harsh, blue, or commercial looking.Some specialty fixtures may offer a range of white temperatures, but the final design is always chosen around the home, landscaping, and overall look we are trying to create.
